What do support plans for Accounting Data Migration entail?

We offer three levels of support plans to ensure your peace of mind during accounting data migration:

  • Standard (free)
  • Premium ($200)
  • Signature ($500)

What’s inside the Standard package?

The Standard plans a suitable choice for conducting a small-scale data migration. It delivers 9/5 support via email, phone, and chat, and a typical SLA response time within 24 hours. However, data re-migration and Delta migration services are not included in this support plan.

Standard Package

What’s inside the Premium package?

The Premium plan offers extended support hours and a quicker response time. It offers 16/7 support via email, phone, and chat, with high-priority response time and access to a senior support team. Additionally, this plan includes 1 data re-migration within 5 days. However, Delta migration is not covered in this support plan.

Premium Package

What’s inside the Signature package?

A signature plan is recommended for complex enterprise-level data migrations. It provides 16/7 support via email, phone, and chat, off-hours urgent support with a response time of up to 2 business hours, and dedicated technical support during weekends and holidays. The support plan includes interval migration, 1 data re-migration within 10 days, and 1 Delta migration within 10 days as well.

Signature Package

What is data re-migration?

Data re-migration is a service that allows you to remove all migrated data from your target accounting system and migrate it again. This service comes in handy when something goes wrong during the data mapping or you want to adjust your data migration settings again to get better results. With data re-migration, you can ensure the accuracy and completeness of your migrated data.

Data re-migration is available as part of our Premium and Signature support plans, allowing users to re-migrate data once within 5 days (Premium) and 10 days (Signature) after the Full Data Migration process. However, suppose you have the Standard or Premium support package. In that case, you can still take advantage of this service by re-migrating your data for 50% of the price of the automated data migration.

Data re-migration enables you to rerun a Full Data Migration and ensure that all of your data is accurately and completely migrated to your target platform. This service adds an extra layer of security and flexibility to your data migration needs.

What is Delta migration?

Delta migration involves transferring data that was created or updated during or after the Full Data Migration. This service is necessary if you want to continue managing your processes during the migration without any interruption or data loss, with zero downtime and full capability.

Here's how it works: Migration Wizard automatically detects new data on your source platform and transfers it to the target platform. Our migration service ensures that there are no duplicates, as the system replaces existing data with its updated version.

Note: Delta migration may not be possible if your target system’s API doesn't allow third parties to remove data from the system.
Important: Make sure to request Delta migration within 10 days after the Full Data Migration. We delete information related to your data migration after 5 days for security reasons.

Delta Migration is available on weekdays from 9 am to 9 pm in EET/GMT+3. If you prefer to schedule the migration for a different time or day, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to make the necessary arrangements.
